Oxygenotherapy – by Professor Ardenne – is a scientifically tested method that delivers up to 40% improvement in memory and sleep when applied over an extended period. It helps with inadequate perfusion of the limbs and improves their nourishment, thereby reducing pain and heightening the condition of the skin. During the session, an hour is spent inhaling 95% oxygen generated by a concentrator. We advise against sleeping when the procedure is underway; instead you are encouraged to pursue pro-active forms of relaxation – e.g. reading, solving crosswords and alternately working the muscles of the limbs.
